To HEAL,
MOVE and
GET STRONG

If you play a sport, you know that repetitive movements can cause pain in the knee, often caused by Patella Tendinitis, making you want to sit down. But if you’re like us, “rest” can feel like a dirty word. While some injuries may require you to scale back, we prioritize the modification of movement instead of outright rest thanks to our background in biomechanics and corrective exercise. We help you reset the foundation of athletic movement in your body, so you can play stronger, safer, and ideally pain-free.

Complete the form below to receive our one-page guide on easing knee pain. Modifying your activity can be a game changer to keep you on the court and optimize performance!

“RICE” IS OLD SCIENCE.

THE FULL-BODY PHILOSOPHY

We believe that everybody can reduce their risk for injury by correcting and building upon a strong athletic foundation. As you train, your body’s natural movement will impact your athletic performance (and may impede it). Our approach will help you heal, and unleash your athletic potential with our comprehensive approach to assessing dysfunctional patterns, screening primal movement, and creating your training blueprint. By focusing on the foundation in your own body, you will feel stronger, faster.

How to Treat Patella Tendonitis at Home

Patella Tendinitis is one of the most common injuries for basketball players. Proper Physical Therapy and exercise can prevent the majority of the injuries we see and treat every season. While every player is different, there are some common stretches and strength exercises that are shown to reduce the chance of injury.
